urgent processing and delivery. Processing time for this type of order is
dependant on availability and may take up to 15 - 30 minutes before
it is collected by our prefered Express Courier Service for delivery to
you. The Express Courier Service is available in most Auckland Areas
only.

and charged per box or at a certain weight or size break. Per
box items
are (but not limited to) Computer Systems inc personal computers, notebooks, Monitors/LCD
Screens, Printers, Scanners, Faxes, Multifunctionals, Tape, CD, DVD and other
storage drives, and UPS' .

Auckland Wide is
from Orewa to Drury. Shorthaul North Island is
from the outer skirts of Auckland Wide to Tauranga, Hamilton,
Whangarei. Longhaul North Island is from the
outer skirts of Shorthaul North to Wellington, Upper
Northland.
All delivery charges are checked on processing, in the event we
find a delivery charge incorrectly applied the difference will be charged
or credited. |

All orders are couriered with
exception to an island to island transfer where transport between islands
is by boat or air then courier to you.
All orders have a target delivery time to you by 2:00pm the next
business day unless otherwise stated or if you live in a rural/non-metropolitan area or
if your order is placed and processed after 2:00pm the day
before.
All orders are delivered to New Zealand
addresses only, we do not ship to overseas addresses however if you are an
overseas customer we can ship to your specified New Zealand address and
then you must arrange collection and delivery to your overseas location.
All orders
are charged GST as they are delivered within New Zealand. International Shipping may be implemented
in the future.
We use various courier services
as some are more cost effective for certain areas and deliveries than
others or a certain courier service covers an area that another does not.
