About Ordering  
 
We have not yet listed all products and services we are able to provide due to the comprehensive range but most of our popular products and services and recommended brands for imaging and storage consumables are currently available.  Please contact us if you require further assistance regarding ordering or if you would like to enquire about a product not listed.
 
 
To order from our Online Store  |  Your order summary  |  Once your order has been submitted.
 
To order from our Online Store  
  1. Select "Online Store" on left Main Menu, then "Product Catalogue".
  2. Select the Product Group, then brand or sub-product group containing the items you wish to order.
  3. Click "Order" to the corresponding required item and a "Your Order" shopping cart box will appear in the top right corner of the page.
  4. If you wish to continue shopping for more products the shopping cart will reflect your additions.
  5. When you are ready to place the order simply click "Go to the checkout" option located on the top right hand side of any catalogue page.
  6. You will then be directed to a summary of your chosen products.

Your Order Summary
  1. Your Order Summary will list all your chosen items and will include a total amount including GST.
  2. You can also make changes to the quantity required or remove items completely from the order.  Click on "Recalculate Totals" to see and confirm any order and pricing changes.
  3. This is where you can select your delivery option also.  Please click here  for more information About Delivery.  Please note you must phone us on (09) 534 1184 for orders requiring Urgent Delivery.
  4. When you have completed any changes and confirmed this information is correct continue by clicking "Finish Order".
  5. You will be directed to the Login page.  Enter your username and password details here then click "Login" to submit your order.
  6. If you do not have a username and password you will need to click the "Register Here" option on the left Main Menu and enter your details as required on the form provided.  Once you have submitted your details you may return to your Order Summary by clicking "Go to the checkout" on the "Your Order" shopping cart located at the top right hand corner of the page.

Once your order has been submitted
  1. You will receive an email confirmation of your order being submitted to us for processing to the email address you have provided on registration.
  2. Your order is processed and then ready for delivery, subject to availability and to any additional requests you have included on your order.
  3. If any problems arise during this stage you will be notified immediately.  Notification by phone will be the quickest way to contact you if we need to, please ensure you provide a phone number on registration so we can attend to issues promptly, otherwise you will be notified by email and delays may be experienced.
